What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to streamline our software development and deployment processes and integrate security into every phase of our development lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines including robust security measures.
- Automate deployment, scaling, management, security processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency of our infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct thorough security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues proactively and responding to security incidents promptly and effectively.
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies and tools to optimize our DevOps practices and stay up to date with the latest security trends to continually improve our security posture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Dev(Sec)Ops Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on security.
- Strong expertise in scripting and automation e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools e.g. GitHub Actions, TeamCity.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying ahead of emerging security threats.
